As a part of our Social Responsibility to ensure safety to Women and Children in our society, we have designed and developed a campaign ‘’The She in Every U” that address the Anti – Sexual Harassment Policies at workplaces and Academic Institutions. The objective of this campaign is to sensitize, educate and create awareness on sexual harassment among the employees and the employers.
You are not alone, you are not abandoned, and you are not isolated. Sexual harassment at workplace is the ugly truth that can be extremely humiliating, unwelcome and painful to the employees and demeaning to the entire organization. Sexual harassment is one of the most difficult tasks to be dealt with and offering complete support and mental peace to the victim remains the utmost necessity from the Organization’s end. However, the practical situations are completely opposite and victims are more often put into embarrassing situations, physical and emotional ramifications becomes more visible resulting in an unpleasant, fearful and isolating work environment.
“The She in Every You” helps in promoting mutually respectful workplace and building congenial relationship between the co-workers. We help you understand different judicial terms related to prevention of sexual harassment act (POSH), help victims deal with the situation both legally and mentally, produce real time case stories, court judgments and media report from time to time.

• The SHe-Box
SHe-Box is an Online Complaint Management System. This Sexual Harassment electronic Box (SHe-Box) is an effort of GoI to provide a single window access to every woman, irrespective of her work status, whether working in organized or unorganized, private or public sector, to facilitate the registration of complaint related to sexual harassment. Any woman facing sexual harassment at workplace can register their complaint through this portal. Once a complaint is submitted to the ‘SHe-Box’, it will be directly sent to the concerned authority having jurisdiction to take action into the matter.

• Kolkata Police Dial-in
Distressed women are provided counseling as well as legal support by this cell. Trained counselors and psychiatrists along with lady Police officers of the cell have succeeded in resolving many problems relating to marital discord, sexual harassment and adjustmental issues. Call: 2214-5049
